1. Brief Introduction
This product is a special high performance fiber used in concrete/cement mortar. It can modify the performances of concrete as the anti-cracked ability, impermeability, anti-pounded ability, etc. It can be widely applied to irrigation works, waterproof works, underground, tunnel works, subway works, bridge works, the road surface, the roofing, wall, bath and toilet, and so on. 2. Main Function This product can improve the anti-cracked ability, impermeability, anti-pounded ability, anti-rubbed ability, anti-freezed ability, anti-exploded ability, etc. And it also can improve the quality of the concrete. 4. Use-recommend 1. It can be applied to the concrete structure of basement, pool, irrigation works, etc; 2. It can be applied to the cement mortar that used to wipe the inside or outside wall, light-quality wall, etc. 5. Use-way 1. Blending range: 0.6 ~ 1.2 KG/m3. The common blending weights: In concrete: 0.9KG/m3; In cement mortar: 1.2 KG/m3. 2. Length choice: In concrete: 15 ~ 19 mm; In cement mortar: 8 ~ 12 mm; In: 3 ~ 6 mm. 3. Blender type: Plasm-plank blender. 4. Blending mothod: As usual method mixing concrete/cement mortar, blending the product in it without stopping, going on several minutes. All of the single fibers are dispersed in it in all directions and attaining the best effectiveness. Packing; A: Packing in plastic bags, plastics bags to be put into waterproof bags, and then waterproof bags to be put into container, totally 8 tons in 1x20'FCL B: Packing in fusible paper bags, paper bags to be put into cartons, and then cartons to be put into pallet, pallets to be put into container, totally 6 tons in 1x20'FCL |
